New Form of Exercise

The newest form of exercises to strengthen your stomach muscles is one that you probably never thought of, yet have been doing intermittently for many years. It is called constipation. When one is constipated, they have to lean back, take a deep breath, and work very hard to push out their feces. This helps to tone the muscles in the stomach and pelvis, something especially important for performing specific vital activities.

Therefore, one should not despair when constipated, but should rather drink some more fluids, eat more vegetables, and attempt to become slightly less constipated, in order that during the next exercise session, he or she will feel slightly more rewarded for the effort than they felt during the prior session. And above all, enjoy burning calories (if that is your thing), or toning your stomach muscles without doing push-ups or other exercises (if that is your thing). Good luck!

P.S. - I am not giving this post a picture, for obvious reasons.
P.P.S. - Do not push too hard, else you cause damage, ch"v.
